Ordering
We accept wholesale orders online using a secure shopping cart. To place an order,
simply go to our item and catalog pages, enter the quantity you wish to purchase for a particular item,
and click on the "Buy Now" button. This will take you to the checkout screen. If you
have additional items to order, click on "Continue Shopping." To
complete your order, click on "CheckOut" in the "Show Order" screen and fill in your payment and shipping
instructions.

Minimum Order
We're able to offer outstanding prices and great
selection because we sell exclusively wholesale, in volume. As such, our
minimum order size is $100 (for most products no minimum quantity for any style).

Discounts
We offer wholesale discounts for all orders $300 and up.
Simply enter the appropriate coupon code at checkout and your discount will be
reflected in the total. Discounts apply to each individual order.

If a volume discount coupon is used, please note
that we will adjust the coupon code accordingly for the entire order if there

Payment
We accept payment in the following forms:

NET-30 (Credit Account) |
Net 30 accounts are granted to approved customers. To qualify for NET-30 please fill out a credit application form provided here.
Our terms are Net 30 from invoice date, strictly enforced. Accounts over 30 days will automatically be put on credit hold and are subject to late fees of 1.5% per month or 18% annum plus legal fees if necessary.
When ordering on NET-30, please select either phone ordering or Check as a method of payment while you are checking out.

Shipping
We charge shipping fees on all wholesale orders. Shipping charges are added automatically for domestic (US) orders.
Our Shopping Cart doesnt automatically add shipping fees to International orders. Instead, the shipping fee and is added
(and charged) manually once the order is fully processed. We notify international customers by email with exact shipping costs.
Orders received with valid payment are processed within 1 or 2 business days. On rare occasions, we may delay shipping an order a by few
business days if an item on the order is sold out and we expect it to be
restocked within a few business day. If you have timing constraints and need us
to process and ship your order quickly, please be sure
to contact us right after placing the order so that we can review the order and
payment, and flag it for rush processing.
We offer flat shipping and handling fees for every order.

*Please note that for International Orders, our shopping cart does not automatically
charge shipping to your order. Shipping charges show as $0. We manually
add shipping charges to your order once it is processed. We notify International
Customers by email of the assessed shipping costs and wait for approval. Orders with
no explicit approval from the International Customer are not shipped. If the shipping
costs are more than expected, the International Customer can cancel the wholesale order
for a full refund.
***We do not ship to some overseas countries due to high level of credit card fraud or
high level of undelivered packages as reported by International Customers. We reserve
the right to refuse delivery. You will be notified by email if your country is one
of those we deem high risk. We will refund a full amount if the order cannot be
processed due to this policy.

Back-Ordered Items
and Product Substitutions
To
expedite your order, we
occasionally substitute back-ordered items with similar merchandise. If you would like for us to not
substitute, please add in the Order Comments that you wish to receive no substitutes. If instructed to not
substitute, we will ship all in-stock items right away and ship any back-ordered items as soon as we receive them at no additional shipping charge.

Returns
and Exchanges
coneum LLC is dedicated to the satisfaction of our customers.
If you are dissatisfied with our product, we will allow you to return it within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Currently,
we dont charge any restocking fees (*** We reserve the right to change the restocking fee policy).
If a volume discount coupon is used, please note
that we will adjust the coupon code accordingly for the entire order if there
are returns that bring the order total below the original qualifying discount
amount. The discount amount adjustment will be deducted from any refund that is
given. This also applies to back-order cancellations within 45 days of the order
date where a volume discount coupon is used.
For international shipments, we cannot be responsible for import tariffs,
customs fees, or shipping delays due to international shipping, and if a
customer refuses shipment for any reason we will deduct any actual shipping,
customs and other costs incurred by us from any refund that is given.
Please follow these instructions for a hassle-free return or exchange:
- Contact Customer Service and request a Return for your order number.
- Send your item(s) with original packing materials, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking
number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

- After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the
returned item(s).
- A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will
be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to
appear on your credit card statement.
Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:
- The original Invoice must accompany the returned item.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
- Items that have been damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
- Special orders are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
- Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
- Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
- If you received a free gift with your order, you must also return the free gift or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift. This charge will be deducted from the credit applied to your account.
